What counts

A decision is one POST /api/v1/decide request that returns a verdict, whatever the verdict is. When a decision asks the model an evidence question, each question also counts as a model question; decisions the rules settle alone ask none. Reading the decision catalogue, the model and the evaluations is free.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage beyond the included amounts is billed at the end of the billing month: $0.60 per 1,000 decisions and per 1,000 model questions on Team, $0.40 on Scale, counted per unit.

To protect you from a runaway integration, a paid plan stops accepting decisions and model questions at 10 times its included amount in a billing month: 2,500,000 on Team and 20,000,000 on Scale. Contact us to raise it.

Switch between Team and Scale, update the payment method, download invoices or cancel from your account. A switch applies at once, with the monthly fee prorated; a downgrade is possible once the month's usage fits the smaller plan. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The limits page lists every limit by plan.
